Our primary role is to act as consultants, coordinators, facilitators and project managers for hospitals and other organisations who provide services to the homeless and mentally ill.

We have a wide range of skills, contacts and industry know how that we are able to offer to enable us to provide:

• operational advice to enable service providers to seek funding, create and run projects and programs; and

• structural advice to enable service providers to create the most efficient and effective organisations to provide their services.

Occasionally we will undertake our own projects.
